NVAA is comprised of education and skill based classroom trainings for those who assist victims and survivors of crime in the United States. Dr. Bacon attended the Leadership Institute.

The Victim’s Informer published the article “Media and the Right to Privacy” by Katherine (Gaehring) Bacon in the March/April 2011 journal.
